Free shipping on all orders $99 and over!

Shipping for orders under $99 is $10

We ship all stock out of Hamilton. Packages are dispatched within 2 business days by courier. Tracking information is emailed to you when your package is picked up by the courier.

Target delivery times are:
North Island next business day.
South Island 2-3 business days.
Rural delivery add 1-2 days

At this time we ship only within New Zealand, and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, the Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island.

All orders over $99 use signature required due to theft of parcels left at the door. However signature required is not available for most rural deliveries. 

In order to make a claim for damaged or missing items with our courier, we need you to let us know of any damage or partial loss to the goods within five (5) days after the delivery of the goods, or in the case of a missing parcel, within twelve (12) days of the date of dispatch.
