How do I figure which Stepper will suit my vehicle?

Can your Steppers accommodate any dog?
Our Steppers can handle up to 70kgs. While dogs over 70kgs could possibly use the Steppers comfortably, the support bars will bend will bend over time which will not be covered by the warranty. Our Stepper Lifetime Warranty and Stepper Trial Period do not apply for dogs over 70kgs.
What if I have an issue with my steps?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our Steppers. Check out our Stepper Lifetime Warranty.

Do I need to train my dog to use the Stepper?
We find this really does depend on your dog, but most dogs that know how to use stairs get the hang of them pretty quick.
What if my dog doesn’t like the Stepper?
Please get in touch to see if there’s anything we can do to assist. If your dog doesn't become comfortable using our Stepper during the 90 day Stepper Trial Period, you can return it in original condition within 90 days of purchase for a full refund with free return shipping. Please keep the box around for return shipping until you are sure.
Can I get steps for my side door?
Yes, we recommend our 2 Stepper for exactly that. Please remember that they still fold out away from your car so might not be great for tight fitting places like car parks or tight garages.
