Refund policy

If your dog doesn't like the Stepper for any reason, you can return it in original condition within 90 days of purchase with free return shipping.

Dogs over 70kgs do not qualify for this offer.

Please contact us at CustomerCare@RoadDog.co.nz to see if there are any tips we can give you to help your dog, and to organize return shipping at our cost.

Please keep the box around for return shipping until you are sure.

This offer only applies if your dog does not take to the Stepper, it does not apply if you have ordered the wrong size for your vehicle, or the size or slope of the space you intended to use the Stepper is not suitable.

The Stepper is covered under a warranty for defects. Please see the Stepper Lifetime Warranty page for details.

There are no change of mind returns for any other products.

All products are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
